Our property valuations are based on comparable data drawn from a variety of sources, including online and local property portals and Estate Agents, as well as drawing on our experience as well as the local surveyors with in-depth knowledge and their time in the industry.
We know times are difficult at the moment and we believe there is a greater need than ever, to ensure that the valuations that are prepared are accurate and fully supported. In an uncertain market it is easy for a valuer to be over cautious in the assessment of value. We have valuers who each have individually over 45 yeas of experience. They have been through booms and busts. They have seen the distress when a family loses their property because of an overly cautious safe valuation.
